Les serres tropicales du jardin des plantes ont été construites en 1830. Elles ont été les premières serres à structures métalliques réalisées au monde. j'y ai vu un tronc d'arbre étonnant : un tronc fossile silicifié d'Araucariacée, Chalcedony Park (Arizona)

Beautiful Conservatory!!! I used to go to our Conservatory in Cincinnati and draw the plants... it was one of my favorite places. You feel like you're in another world! We also have Longwood Gardens here which has an indoor conservatory too. If you ever visit, we could take you there!
I would love to visit Longwood Gardens :)
