Art contemporain

Je suis allée voir une exposition d'art contemporain que j'ai trouvée magnifique ! Il y avait beaucoup d'œuvres, des émotions aussi. Beaucoup d'artistes : Pierre Malphettes, Camille Henrot, Carsten Höller, Mickael subodsky, Daniel Buren, Subodh Gupta, Pascale Marthine Tayou, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Chen Zen, Kader Attia, Carlos Garaicoa, Loris Cecchini... C'était excessivement beau, j'ai été très impressionnée et j'ai beaucoup aimé.

K says the one with paper hanging down is the most interesting...with pink, light blue, etc....can you tell us about it?

These are Plastic Bags hanging down from the ceiling to the ground, this is one of my favorites :) It breathes and moves with the wind and it reminds me the Disney movie Up :) Pascale Marthine Tayou is a cameroon artist and he gives art made out of the recycling materials a second life. I like his mixed media crystal sculptures (dolls) and his work with chalks as well :) Just a wink with this link of him : http://www.pascalemarthinetayou.com/
