What a marvelous concert that must have been and in such a pretty setting! How fun to be able to experience that. I looked at the YouTube video and liked Los Chalchakis' music very much. I will have to see if I can add them to my ipod so I can listen some more!

Hope you are having a very nice weekend!!

Yes, it was a very nice experience, this concert was given in a cathédrale and i enjoyed to listen to the charango (a five-stringed guitar), quena (a rustic flute) and siku (Bolivian panpipes) and a lots of other regional percussion instruments. I loved Ariel Ramirez's Creole Mass, by Los Calchakis and a choir of at least 120 mixed voices, it was so beautiful :) I'm happy that you enjoyed their music also :) I hope that you are having a very nice day Sue :) big bisous ♥

I know it was beautiful being inside a cathedral!!! I love the music. I have a cd of that next group in line on Youtube (Wayanay). Did you get a cd?

I did'nt get any cd, because i have had a crucial choice to make, i was hungry and i wanted to eat something during the very short break :) So, no cd, but my apple pie was so good :) I looked at the YouTube video of Wayanay and i liked it :) Such lovely pictures ! I dream to visit Peru on day :) I already have the lama and you can meet him if you want : http://laboiteabazar.blogspot.com/2008/04/mon-lama-zonie.html Next time i'll feed him, i will imagine that we are on the Machu Picchu :) Have a very nice day Bliss :) Big bisous ♥

Apple pie!!! We don't have such things at concerts! Thats it...I'm moving to France.

Yes, let's all go to Peru!! I think it looks so beautiful there also. I saw on t.v. that there is only a train to get to Machu Picchu. It was really fancy and they were eating wonderful gourmet foods. Much nicer than The Polar Express :) (they only had hot chocolate...)

I sure didn't know you had a lama!!!

Unfortunately for me, not at concert. During the break, i left the place for five minutes to go to the cake shop and get my marvellous little apple pie :) I would'nt mind to drink a hot chocolate in the train to get to Machu Picchu :) Not mine, only my friend, a neighbour of mine, i cuddle and feed him very often :)
