Coraline

I'm glad to hear that you got to see Coraline and that you liked the film. I read the book when it came out (and liked it) and then one night when I was sent to report at a Disney event, Neil Gaiman and Henry Selleck showed up to talk to all the press and show a little piece of the film (which was not finished at that point). I was sitting near Neil Gaiman and did not even realize it until he was introduced. I just kept thinking he looked so familiar.

It was very exciting to get to see the segment of Coraline in advance. I like Henry Selleck's films a lot (Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my most favorite films).

Later, when I saw the finished film, I liked it very much. It is very creepy though, don't you think? The Other Mother and her buttons are scary!!!

It is a very good movie :) I wish i could meet Neil Gaiman and Henry Selick like you :) Thank you Sue :) Bisous

I think you will like Là-Haut very much. I wasn't sure I would enjoy it and ended up loving it. It is a very sweet story and Dug ( the dog) is charming (as are all the characters, really ... except the bad ones, of course). When the movie was over I really wanted a toy Dug. If they change Dug's name in the French version of Up you will have to tell me what they call him. :)

Bisous!!

Ooh, I forgot to say I like James and the Giant Peach too! It's a wonderful film. One of the people who worked on the models of the puppets gave a friend one of the many heads they made for the spider in the film and the friend gave that head to me. Wasn't that a super thing to do? I was so excited to receive that present!

Bisous, bisous, encore! :)

Yes, i'll tell you if they change Dug's name in the french version. I like the name Dug, i hope they keep that name :) This is an incredible present but I am a bit afraid of spiders myself :) Mom said you are lucky, she had a sweet beret, this is a fabulous present :) In Coraline, I was a bit afraid when the “Other mother” transformed herself into a spider. Thank you Sue :) Bisous ♥
