So quaint and so interesting! I love the open market with the asparagus and breads....what else? What did the farmette like the most? Did she adopt a baby goat to bring home? Baaaaahhhhh! Et bisous too :)

First your mom and now you!!! Argh!! You both are making me hungry with your blogs tonight as I am reading them. ;)

Ahhh, that bread, those cheeses, the asparagus, they all look so deliciously yummy. French cheese (and bread) is the best in all the world!

And those baskets, you can buy them from the basket maker? That is so fabulous, the baskets are quite beautiful.

The last time I was in France, I went to Bayeux to see the Bayeux tapestry (so interesting, the stitches so wonderful, I was fascinated). Afterward I walked around Bayeux and spotted a hand-woven market basket with wheels in one of the shops. Oh, I wanted it so bad. But alas, I could not figure out how to get it home. :( It was beautiful just like the baskets in your photos.

And don't you look fine atop that tractor? It must have been a wonderfully fun day on the farm!!!

OH, that looks like so much fun and now I'm hungry! My kids' grandparents grew up on farms and the kids get to go visit the cows and the calfs every summer! We live near lots of farms too and I go to the farmer's market all summer long! I think you knew that though!! You're very cute on the tractor!!
